A lot of people wonder about this, does it matter where you book your vacation since the importance is the vacation not who arranged it.  Of course, the answer is yes if you ask a travel industry person but when you read some of the reviews and testimonials here, you can see the value and difference it can make for your overall experience.

Since the overwhelming majority of travelers purchase Travel Insurance and Trip Protection doesn’t it make sense to also work with a professional for the entire package?

I met Beth when she worked for me at Carnival Cruise Lines.  I ran the air/sea department when air/sea and hotel packages were a huge revenue producer for the lines and a great service for the cruise guests.  She was my "go to" person to handle anything complicated or to deal with any one of our guests who wasn't completely satisfied.  She worked for me for 11 years at Carnival and has gone on to develop her business on the travel agent side.  Her committment to customer service is second to none.  Her enthusiasm and industry knowledge puts her in a perfect position with  her new company, Concierge and VIP travel.  I am confident she will continue to be successful.

You must book your next vacation with Beth at Concierge and VIP Travel!  She does her best to make sure your vacation is one to remember by paying attention to the details.  I would highly recommend her for your next cruise or tropical resort stay.  Enjoy!

After more than 20 years working with (Beth) at Concierge & VIP Travel, i would not go anywhere else. I trust her completely and she is always looking out for my best interest. She always does an excellent job and I have referred many family members and coworkers who were grateful for the referral.

I would have to say the this was my favorite travel agency. Every time I thought things can't get any better, there was always one more added surprise! I will definitely be doing all my future travels with concierge VIP Travel and I recommend it to everyone.

Beth did the booking for us and all out guests. She did a fabulous job of coordinating all of the bookings for the 50+ guests who sailed with us. We had quite a few guests coming from overseas and Beth was great about coordinating with them and making herself available to them despite the 8 hour time difference.
