Concierge and VIP Travel acts as an independant sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). Concierge and VIP Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.

    Concierge and VIP Travel assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under CONCIERGE AND VIP TRAVEL’s control; and (4) any Supplier price drop after your travel arrangements have been confirmed, paid in full, or ticketed.  You hereby release CONCIERGE AND VIP TRAVEL from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.

Travel arrangements involving airline and/or cruise travel are subject to but not limited to supplemental government and fuel charges that may be imposed any time after reservations are made and up to departure.  These supplemental charges, if applicable may be charged in advance by the supplier, vendor, airline or cruise line on your credit card or debit card used for payment or in some cases, added to your on-board account, in the case of a cruise.

Suppliers, vendors, cruise lines, airline and all providers relating to your travel services all have contracts and terms and conditions including cancelation penalties.  In the event you cancel or make supplemental changes you may be bound by these contracts where or not you receive notice of their terms.  In addition, Concierge and VIP Travel reserves the right to charge service fees for changes made after payment has been received and invoice has been accepted and reviewed.  These charges, if applicable are between $25 per person, per change to $100 per person per change and are based on the complexity of the change.

Concierge and VIP does not charge fees for their standard services however if reservations are canceled any time after deposit a consultation/service fee may be applied.  The service fee is $100.00 per person plus an additional $50.00 per person for each added component or vendor.  Unless advised in writing otherwise, the cancelation fee would never exceed $200.00 per person.  These fees are in addition to any penalties or charges detailed above.  
By accepting your invoice and/or itinerary and signing your credit card receipt either by physical signature or electronic you are consenting to these terms and conditions.

CONCIERGE AND VIP TRAVEL has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. CONCIERGE AND VIP TRAVEL recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or  For medical information, CONCIERGE AND VIP TRAVEL recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or  You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s).  You hereby release CONCIERGE AND VIP TRAVEL from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. You agree that the courts in Montgomery Count will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or CONCIERGE AND VIP TRAVEL, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

 For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance We also strongly recommend that you use a credit card for your purchase, so that you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services you purchased.
